Garlic Soup
Comfort food to keep common colds and vampires at bay
For every 4 people served:1 quart of water
2 Knorr Vegetable Cubes (accept no substitutes)
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 medium sized tomatoes, chopped
4-8 slices french bread (depending on the diameter of the loaf)
olive oil
4-6 slices of farmers cheese
A few dashes of basilHeat the water with the Knorr Cubes, tomatoes, garlic, and basil. Meanwhile, brush olive oil on the bread, and toast it on a hot skillet or broiler (this step can be omitted if you're in a hurry). When the soup is hot, assemble the meal:
