Lord Lionel's Ambrosia

A Sublime Beverage

1 Bottle of rot-gut champagne (brand makes no difference, so go for the cheap one)
1 Bottle of Di Sargio Amaretto (yes, a definite brand preference here)
1 coffee bean*

Open the champagne and pour out a bit into a glass (empty the bottle just to the bottom of the neck). Open the Amaretto and add about a shot to the glass of champagne. Swirl together and drink. Fill the bottle of champagne back to the top with Amaretto. Wait a period of 15 minutes to "breath" the mixture. While you wait, we suggest you have a fresh cup of coffee with a shot of Amaretto in it. Recork the champagne bottle and chill. Ambrosia can be served as soon as it is cold, but it's best to let it mature for a full day before serving it.

* coffee bean to be added only to Ambrosia made specifically to be served at the Feast of St. Juan
