...as together, over three days, we explore rhythm and its importance in negotiating life in the post-modern world. As our lives become increasingly complex, we need to find an alternative to the pervasive random stimulation of day-to-day life by discovering inner silence. In the TaKeTiNa circle, we invite you learn with the whole body, combining your voice with simple step patterns and claps. As you relax into learning at your own pace, the group creates space for deeper rhythmic understanding, self-discovery, and quiet calm.
