• You might bring water and a yoga mat or towel to use to lie on the floor.
• Wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in.

NOTE ABOUT WORKSHOP REGISTRATION
By registering and paying the $150 ($165 after November 2) fee, you are
committing to two full days. To get the full benefit from this
work we
strongly suggest you clear your schedule and plan to attend all of both days.
There is no single-day registration for this two-day workshop and we cannot
allow anyone to attend
Sunday who has not attended Saturday, even though that person has paid
the full registration.
